My brother-in-law lives in Live in relation

My sisters husband is in lives in relation since begining with his own elder brother's wife. Both brothers lives in same house. My sister has gone into depression. But I live in Visakhapatnam. How can I proceed?

hi your sister could file for harassement case on grounds of cruelty and mental torture and obtaon compensation anf if she wants divorce then you could file petition for divorce on grounds of cruelty and adultery in competent civil court
