My brother has used my money and not returning

My brother has used my savings money which was deposited as Fixed deposit in my father's account( which is jointly managed by my brother and father) . My father has deposited as FD, my elder brother had used the money from FD by withdrawing saying that he has emergency &will return, it's been almost years, he is not returning nor responding, when I asked he has abused and slapped me . We have proof to whom did he pay and when did he withdraw. Pls guide to file a case on him.

sure i will guide how you can proceed with the case ,so recovery of money suit you can file against your brother if you have all the proof then you will lead the case and he will return and last you ca also file criminal case against your brother in criminal court.
