My aunt sold my dad's property and did not give share to my mother

a property was under my father's name, and after my father next to kin was his sister. my father passed away and the property went to my aunt, who promised to give certain share of the property to my mom, but now they have sold that property and whatever share was promised was never given to my mom.. can something be regarding the same..

You have a good case. If it is a joint property, your father is having 50% share.

After your father, it will not go to the other co-sharer, his legal heirs are entitled to claim the property.

The sale by your aunt is illegal, give a letter to the concerned registrar along with proof. The registrar is having power to set aside the sale of your aunty.

hello, was the property was sold by aunt without consent of your mom and you? If yes, then we can file a complaint/case against your aunt on this issue.
