My 16 Years old son don't want to Stay with me and Compensation and also he has registered complaint in Child Abusing welfare (1098) against me , And from child welfare teams met me and forcing me pay compensation to child and let him stay wherever he wants
Where I requested them to let him visit some counselor and wash his brain as he don't want to study and want to play PUB G only which I refused him and he left the house.
A wife has the legal right to stay in the matrimonial home under any circumstances i.e even after her spouse dies. If there’s a case of divorce, the woman may choose to live in her matrimonial home until there is a proper place for her to move in. she can legally stay in that home if she wants to.

Your child cannot stay away from the guardian without emancipation as he’s under 18years of age and to prove that in the In the court, he must show that you are irresponsible parents but as in your case you are clearly stating that your child is irresponsible so there is no legal way your child can do that.
