Mutual divorve filed. Marriage was not registered. What's the procedur

We filed for mutual divorve in 22nd july. We have been staying separately since April 2018. No demand for maintenance. What's the procedure for mutual divorce. Our lawyer doesn't give us proper idea about the dates.
If you already filled a mutual divorce then after 6 month your turn for divorce certificate will come if it is not coming then need to enquire in court where you filed case it's not possible after 6 month your number is not coming.

on the next date there will be a refilling process you both have to give consent for the same once it is done than immediately the Court grants divorce decree irrespective whether your marriage is registered or not.

make an affidavit of both parties contain that parties marriage is not register and also give witness of that witness can be any one from both parties mostly it's not necesory bit some judges wants it
