We don't want to wait for 6 months for Mutual Consent Divorce.

If you want divorce on mutual consent before the statutory period of 6 months then you are going against the norms of Section 13 B of the Hindu Marriage Act.
There must be some compelling circumstances to waive out the statutory period of six months.
In view of the recent decision of the Honourable Supreme Court, the statutory period of 6 months can be waived, if the husband and wife are living separately since more than 18 months and if the marriage is unworkable irreparable emotionally dead and beyond salvage. Moreover the must be broken utterly.
