Maintenance case crlp 125 is pending in the court, interim order has been given to me and my child 5000 per month since 2 yr where husband's income 1lakh per month (govt emp). I started working as contractual govt service 8000 per month as 5000 is not sufficient. What percentage the final maintenance reduce? Should I leave the job now?

as for your fact in the maintenance case the learned court below passed the interim maintenance order 5000 per month since two years for you and your child, where your husband is a government employee and his monthly income one lack, as a best sujesion to you to file an enhancement oh monthly interim maintenance and there is no need to leave your job. you have a merit in your case and there is scope of success

Q: Regarding Land dispute and delay

I bought a plot on EMI from a builder & Registration done on 2015 but when i went to Revenue Inspector to do the conversion of land into Residential land. They said it is not possible as your land type (kisam) is "Jal patta". Need action against builder for such fraud.

Sir my sister married a male who said he is doing in Tata motors but after maarige I found that he has no job in Tata motors n what ever documents he has furnished all are fake ones n fabricated.so can I sue himamd his family.can I file a divorce immediately .my marriage is jus 1 months.what are d ways i can sue them legally.

I am thinking of Court Marriage in the next month. Whether Notary Marriage and Court Marriage both are same. How to do Court Marriage in Cuttack. Where to do Court Marriage in Cuttack before Notary or any other office.

No. Notary and court marriage are not same. Both having its different process. Court marriage are conducted under special marriage Act and you get a marriage certificate from the marriage registrar. but there is no specific rules for notary marriage. for court marriage it will take 1 month time and for notary you can do it in same day. But I always suggest to marriage under Special marriage Act.
