Mutual consent and legal advice regarding the issue

Hi ,nThere is a situation where a boy and a girl were in physical relationship now they have a baby without marriage both the families know about the issue and they are saying either to get married with both boy and girl are not accepting or give the baby to orphanage which both are agreeing on . What are the legal ways which we can go through without any harm to any of the family.

better to file a petition in court and get all the terms of compromise in court, further you both can give the child in adoption to persons to intent to adopt and look after the child, hence it is better to get all things of compromise done before court and adoption be given if both of you want to give the child in adoption by given adoption by executing a registered adoption deed.

Mutual consent divorces are those where both husband and wife agree to the divorce. It is a physically and mentally demanding procedure, but it is much simpler than the long-drawn litigation that follows when there is no consent from either spouse.
