MPLICATION OF MY NAME IN SOMEONE ELSE'S LEGAL NOTICE

My friend's husband served her legal notice for either coming back to home or mutual divorce mentioning my name that I informed him that she wants to take divorce. What are the implications ? Can I be called in court in future? If yes, what should I do to avoid that?

At first, there are no implications for you, other than this fact that you can be named as a witness by any party to a matrimonial proceeding.
If you are named as a witness by any party, the court will decide whether you should be called as a witness or not. If the court finds your presence necessary to resolve any controversy, you cannot avoid it.
