I AM FROM CHENNAI, GOT MARRIED AND SETTLED IN TRICHY(2013), FROM THE BEGINNING OF MY MARRIAGE LIFE PROBLEM ARISE FROM MY MOTHERINLAW SIDE, SHE DOSNT WANT ME TO STAY THERE, SO SHE TORCHURED ME AT START, AND LATER SHE APPROCHED MY HUSBAND TO TORCHUR ME , I CONTROLLED AND HANDLES EVERYTHING AN STRUGGLED BUT LATER SHE TRIES TO MURDER ME 2 TIMES, AND SHE MAKE MY HUSBAND TO MURDER ME, I HAVE ONE 3 YEARS BABY SO I WAS SCARED AND ESCAPED FROM THE PLACE WITH HELP OF MY FAMILY. NOW I AM IN CHENNAI. I DONT HAVE ECONOMICAL OR MENTAL SUPPORT WITH MY HUSBAND, I WANT TO FINISH IT NOW, KINDLY HELP ME GUIDE ME
you can file domestic violence petition against your husband and mother in law and further if you dont want to continue your marriage life, you can also file petition for divorce and claim maintenance from your husband for you and your child and can be relieved from your problems

Sorry for what have happened to you. Your Husband's act of cruelty is a ground for Divorce and you can seek the Family court for Divorce. You can file the petition even here in Chennai. A Domestic violence petition can be filed against your husband and mother in law. You can also file maintenance petition against your husband for maintenance of yourself and the Baby.
