Mother in law abusing and threatening me what to do

I am Mrs. Rekha 32 years old. I got married to Mr Abhijit in Nov 2012. I conceived in 2013 but got aborted on the advise of my husband that he does not want a child then. But in 2016 again I got conceived, but by husband is again asking me to abort the child , as hes does not want to take responsibility of the kids.But the Dr. on investigation found that am carrying twins and advised me not to undergo abortion on health issues. But my husband is threatening to divorce me if, I do not get aborted the twin children and my mother in law is also joining him in scolding and abusing me and threatening me to throw me out of the house saying that the house in her name.. Currently I am at my parents house and my husband is not speaking to me for the last 5 months. I do not know what to do. Please help me. I am not an earning member and there is no property in my husbands name. My parents financial postion is also not good.

You can file a police complaint against your husband and mother in law for forcing you to go through abortion first time and asking you to go through abortion again now for the second time. You can also file a DV case --- Advocate C V Srinivasa

You can seek a protection Order from the court and also to seek maintainance from your husband. As they are forcing you to go for abortion, you can make a complaint against them and make them punishable for such act.
