Yes u can file a complaint for FIR undir section 420 of indian penal code. U will need to file with the local police station where crime is committed.

yes u can file case under domestic violence act 2005. & also registered NC against them. if u have any grievous hurt from them then u can file FIR against them. and u can make application to NGO. like social work
