Mothe in law blackmailing and torturing son

My mother in law lives with her husband(vegetables seller) and son(earning, unmarried) in Punjab. Me and husband kive in delhi. She also has her pension approved, she misunderstands my husband on the littlest of things and always blackmails by saying she will take him to the court. nShe earlier as well demanded 1/3rd of his salary nShe has extreme anger management issues and spends a lot of money nMy husband also gives loan emi of her home in Punjab from last 4 yearsnPlease let me know what all she can file against my husband nWe are very upset of her behaviour and blackmails

Don’t worry…she can’t file any case against your husband or you. There is no case that can arise from the other party. As you are living separately and also the fact that she’s getting her pension means that you are not bound to maintain her. Also the fact that your husband is giving EMI’s of home can’t be ignored.
