Yes, you mother can claim Maintenance from her Husband and if you are the Unmarried Daughter, you can too claim Maintenance from your Father, that is, your Mother's Husband by filing a case to seek Maintenance under Sec 125 of the CRPC, 1973.

Maintenance is a term mostly associated with the financial support that a woman can claim from her husband after divorce. However, the word has a much wider connotation since maintenance can be claimed, not just by a married or divorced woman, but also by the children and parents of a married man. Due to the presence of different religions in India, marriage, divorce and maintenance are governed by their own personal laws. The Hindu Marriage Act, 1955, and the Hindu Adoption and Maintenance Act, 1956, give women the right to claim maintenance To answer your question yes you can claim some percent of his wealth by making application in court
