MIL is threatening to commit suicide

29-Sep-2023 (In Family Law)
My MIL has been staying with us in a rented accommodation for the past 6 months. She had come on an agreement that she will live in another house in the same city eventually. We found a house in the same society as us but she is not willing to stay there. Her mom is refusing to come and stay with her. Her daughter has offered to live with her temporarily but she is not responding to that. She is threatening to commit suicide. We are even to keep a nurse for her 24/7, meet her regularly.

Dear Sir, You may lodge complaint against your mother-in-law for blackmailing you by way of attempt to suicide. Further, you can file private complaint against her. You may apply for Divorce on those grounds so that your mother-in-law learn a lesson thereafter you can withdraw the Divorce petition.
