Mentally and physically harassment of my sister in law family

20-Apr-2023 (In Family Law)
Sir/Mam, I, being a Hindu and brother of my sister, am seeking your valuable guidance towards the misappropriate actions done by the law family of my sister, like mentally and physically harassment, mentally toucher, taunts, abusing the real parents of my sister just before her. Threatening about leaving her, and forcing her not have any relationship with her parents and siblings as well. Consequentially, my sister may be compelled to commit suicide. Sir, please guide as to whether a girl legally loses her right upon her parents and siblings after being married. If no, then why they people are not considering the fact. Please guide me as I am totally disturbed with such a situation. Regards NEERAJ KUMAR SAHU Hindu Mobile-9918003642

This Is what we called ignorance of law and our Rights !
HINDU law of succession had went through lot of changes since 2005 ,married daughter has same right as son means both daughter and son has same right !
With that you file complaint under Domestic violence Act of 2005 on behalf of your sister .
For further help please contact.
