Mental torture from uncle who adopted me, i am 28 now. what to do?

My uncle has adopted me from childhood and now my age is 28 and I am married and working for indian army and my uncle wants to return me back to my parents. But all my documents have his name as parents name. He is now giving me mental torture.
What type of mental torture he is giving you now if you want to change your parent name you can approach by filing civil case for declaration and further you clarify regarding your birth certificate issued in favour of you

Under hindu adoption act and Indian pebal code file a FIR in the nearest police station.You need to produce adoption documents or relevant wittness when civil suit is lodged.You are married and enployed so not dependant on him.Start the litigation both ways
