This is cruelty from your husband as well as in laws. You should file for domestic violence against them in court. Before filing any case in court, ask your in laws to stop all the torture they are doing. If still they continue, file for domestic violence. For further assistance, you can approach me.

If your Husband has been beating you mercilessly, then, you can lodge a case of Domestic Violence against him under the DV Act, 2005. You can also seek Protection Orders from the DV Court for the safety of you and your kids. Moreover, you can file an Application for the Shared Household before the concerned Court under DV Act, 2005 to restrain your Husband from evicting you from such Home where he brought you after Marriage.

Dear queriest, the definition of violence has evolved over the years to an extent it not only includes physical forms of violence but also emotional mental financial and other forms of cruelty. thus the term domestic violence includes acts which harm or endanger the health safety wellbeing of the victim perpetrated by any person who is or was in a domestic relationship with the victim. According to the definition provided under section 2(a) an aggrieved person means any woman who is or has been in a domestic relationship with the respondent and who alleges to have been subjected to any act of domestic violence by the respondent. therefore any woman who is or has been in a domestic relationship is entitled to make a complaint invoking provisions of the act. for more information about the same kindly call me.
