Mental harrassment from my stepmom to me and my brother

I'm studying in grade11.My mother passed away due to suicide from the torture she went as dad had affairs(they argued about it infront of me+many people were aware of it as a fact)My dad remarried twice and abused me for not being okay with his marriage.I have my own brother who's 11yo.My stepmom started to torture me since I was a child(11to12yrold)She would blackmail and say things to dad which resulted in him hitting me with his belt/rod until I bleed(I have recorded audios and videos as proof)Dad passed away last year due to cancer,which resulted us being a puppet in her hands.She tortures me to work and run errands,especially during exams.She physically abuses my brother(locking him out,hitting him)she threatens us,with her family(mother and brother in law's and sisters) saying that she would leave us alone with the property transferred to her and her daughter(I've recorded the audios of her discussion it with her family)we want to know if there's a legal way to protectus(minors*)
