Mental harrasment leading to depression

My some relative is abusing me everyday for some money matters, I have given them cheque already and told them I'll pay whenever I'll get amount, now they abuse me everyday, called all my relatives and said bad words about me, I bear every thing, now he is saying, he will suicide and blame me for it, I already have bipolar disorder, and these circumstances leaving me depressedand pushing me to suicide What can I do Please help
