Mental harrasement and insults

My uncle took away all the wealth from my mother , she gave it to him , as they had liost their ancestral house . But after that he has continously been insulting my mother , treating her as he wishes, and me too , and his daughter along with ther friends has been insulting me continously in my childhood till now . He continues to insult my family by spreading lies about us and so does his daughter and wife. What is the best way to teach him and his family a lesson?

you have all the rights in the ancestral property your uncle cannot get away all the property on his phone in order to graph the property they are spreading the false news about you and they are cutting the relationship with you so without delay anything you send a legal notice to divide the property and give the fare portion according to La so you file partition suit appropriate Court the court will definitely see the legal and whether the property is danchester property then they will divide the property and give your portion way of court order
