Mental harassment by my in laws i need advice what shall i do

My in laws dont want me to be with my husband. They use words like gawar, kuda, pagal, awara...they mentally harass me and foght with me everyday..they are creating troubles in my married life..i have 1 year old son...what shall i do
you may file a case of domestic violence against them since domestic violence includes not just physical violence but also mental and psychological violence. the court may on filing of your application as aforesaid pass an order for your protection.
