Mental harassment by husband and his family

Harassed by husband n family. Husband out of country n not contacting since 15 days. No contacts from in-laws. Took 7 L dowry at the time of marriage. Keep insulting me n my family. Have a 11 month old son. Hindu
You can file a complaint at nearby all women police station regarding harassment and at the same time you can also file domestic violence case against your husband family. .

If you are ready to part ways you could file a Divorce. If you want for reconciliation file a petition under section 9 for restitution of conjugal rights. If your husband fails to respond to that section 9 petition, you could file a petition for maintenance for your baby and you, in case you are unemployed.
