Hi I want to know that can i file case against my mother in law and her brothers wife because they mentally harassing me and i want them to stay away from my child also what proofs should i have to submit in court. Thank you in advance
hi yes you could file harassement casenand domestic violence case against your inlaws stating that they aee harassing you and that they are not looking after you and as for proof you could submit all the relevant photos and audio recordings
