Mental Harassment and Family matter

This case is related to mental harassment done to my parents with intention to encroach the house property of my parents by my younger brother regarding. Need legal advice to get the house vacated part of which is already occupied by my younger brother

hi your parents could proceed to take action as per the Senior Citizen and Maintenance Act or could lodge a police complaint and file a petition before MRO to take action and to handover the property to your parents
