Mental and physical harassment from my uncle and aunt

I live with my mother and father in my grandparents' house . My grandmother is still alive ..My uncle's family also live in same house .. My aunt always abuses us verbally and harasses us mentally....She always uses bad words towards us...we tolerate this as we don't want to create any chaos as my grandmother's physical condition is not well.Now every time she uses fowl and offensive language...and sometimes comes to beat us.I have some video evidence about this.Can I take any action??

yes very much you can take action against your uncle and aunt alongwith your mother as you stated you have evidences and moreover the court of law will support you and will punish your uncle and aunt and even we need to sit and understand the issues to guide you better
