Hi, this is Vaibhav(21 years old) currently in final semester. My family members started abusing(mentally and emotionally) me from January 2021 still continued. I want to start my own life according to my own conditions now. I just want to know about all the legal actions I can take for myself.
You can always file a complaint with the police officials of your area regarding the mental & emotional or the physical abuse if any suffered by you. You can also file for FIR. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.
