Mental abuse at In laws. Christian

Wife is facing mental abuse from in laws and has moved out with her child(9 months) to her parents house.
1. She would like to save marriage if possible. However cannot continue undergoing the abuse. Is there anyway Indian Law can help her ?
2. In case of divorce, what will happen to the child custody
she has to take steps to save her marriage by filing a petition for restitution of conjugal rights, so that he may come out of the family and live with her wife and child, child custody can be with the mother, if they continue the abuse then she may file for domestic violence case against the in laws

no solution for inlaw torture you adjust or separate that home otherwise no solution.
if you decide you didn't live with him mean you just file divorce after that get custody also
