mediation agreement of court violated by husband

what will be happened if mediation agreement of court is violated by husband and he is doing so for taking more money (Extra Dowry) and continue harassing me and my family. what should i do please suggest me.
you can approach the dowry cell in social welfare department and complaint the violation of husband and get your issue solved. if you need separation, based on the violation, you can approach family courtor divorce.

Hi ,
If mediation agreement of court is violated by husband - you can file Contempt of Courts . Then u can recall the old complaint against him ( police station) or you can file new complaint against him under Dowry harassment, oral harassment. Write your complaint very carefully.he can’t escape.

You can file a fresh divorce petition. State all new circumstances arised after the mediation and he involved in demanding more dowry after the rejoining through mediation. It is a good ground to get divorce
