Me and my gf were doing some college project in my room just we 2 were there.Some non sense people came and asked what you both are doing and called police.Police snatched my phone took both of us to police station.we called our parents too.My gf's uncle came and signed some papers and took her to home, her Uncle was having some links and told to keep me in police station. We both are legal age, and we were in my own house, and the colony people didnt saw anything obsecene when they came inside my house.They left the girl and checked my phone, therewere vids of me abd my gf hugging each other abd she kissed me on ny cheeks.They saw that abd kept abusing me kept in police station till 11 pm night. Next day they called and ask fine of 50k my parents gave, but now they are telling that they wont give my phone,they returned my laptop but not phone. What to do sir please help..the videos were about 3-4 months old. And that were my private can the police check them keep my phone with them ?
