Me 1st wife doughter and I applied for the family tree of my family but It was objected becouse my father's second wife sent objection letter my mother is not devorced and died also but my father is married to 2nd one now my father is passed away what about 2nd wife is it she is legal hier of my family how to solve this problemnHindu family

Dear Madam, The matter is to be decided by the Civil Court and ask the second wife of your father to go to Court. Since she married during the lifetime of your mother who was first wife as such she cannot raise any objection and her name cannot be included in the legal heir certificate.
