Matrimonial dispute with in laws

17-Feb-2023 (In Family Law)
I got married in February 2016. It was 2nd marriage for both of us. My husband had a daughter(born in year 2008) from his first marriage and was living with his mother. From the first day they started treating me as a maid. I was ordered to do household work and serve as a maid to his daughter. After 1 year( January 2017) our son was born. Since 2.9 years he did not maintain any physical or emotional relationship with me. In between this time they pressurized me many times to go back to my parents house. My parents tried to mediate many times but this circle is never ending. My parents get humiliated but still they try to satisfy their ego and demands. Recently,My mother in law started insisting me and my husband to leave matrimonial house and look for rented apartment. I know legally, daughter in law do not have any right in the property but my in-laws are playing manipulations so that I leave this house. Is there any way,I can live in my matrimonial house. They want to dessert me
