me jodhpur me rehti hu dubai ke kaam karte ek ladke se mili usne bola wo divorcy hai 2 saal affair ke baad jodhpur arya samaj me shadi kiya shaadi ke baad uske sath dubai me rehti thi to pata chala uska divorce nahi hua tha mene case ki dhamki di todrink karke marta tha roz mera sara bank balance khatam kiya usne phir mujhe dubai akele chorke apni biwi ke pas nepal bhaag gaya abhi usko ek bacha bhi hai pls help me me kya karu advice dijiye
Ms u r living at jodhpur and contract with a boy who do service in Dubaki and cheat u to said that he is divorced, in fact he was not divorced as per u.and he married with u fraudulently and used ur bank balance, beaten u ,its all act boy is criminal ,u can file case against him criminal as well as suit for maintenance and also file case for recovery of ur bank account rest on VI's a vise

Dear madam as per your question and acording to law you file a criminal complaint against your husband for atrocities and cheating also marriage when he is also married because crpc section 494 without divorce first wife he can not remarriage
