Married man creates illegal relationship with other women

What will the law says" if a married person without divorce has a illegal relationship with a married woman (age 50)" I was married with my husband in 2012, and we got boy in 2014. My husband had developed frienship with this lady at college time. This lady was already married and living with her husband and daughter. Her husband was big bussinessman. she had knowledge of our marriage and also about my children. My husband has provided sorts of facilities according her demand and have given rupees for jewelry and clothes because she was demand as a friends so that he provide all things which costs no calculate anytime. Now that lady is sending illegal photos of my husband social sites but after mutually said please i m not interested in this relastionship and after that she harassing my husband for more money. I had also offered her that she can live with her husband and lead a life. She clearly says that she do not want husband, but she needs money. Please tell me.

Although I have already answer this question , still I would say contact a lawyer , file police complaint , fault is completely of your husband.
This matter can be solved only with face to face advise from advocate.

You haven't disclosed what your husband wants!
Your situation is from her point of view.
Kindly share more information so that I may suggest you the alternative in your hands as per the legal provisions.
If your husband willing to live with you then your defense will be different otherwise the legal options for you only are different.

That lady can be sue for civil and criminal action as well but for taking any action you should have proper evidance(as it's tough to prove a lady as a criminal) If you meet the requirements for a civil action, you can sue someone for defamation, whether libel or slander, if they have written or said something bad about you. However, you must be able to prove the necessary elements of a defamation suit if you wish to collect damages.
