Married Lady and single Male wants to get married and Stay together

I am single male and having a relationship with one Lady who is married. We are in love and wants to get married and stay together. she is not much literate so she is willing to just try to avoid conflicts and was not looking to ask for divorce and just wants to move with me by getting married in Temple or court. the thing is that she dont have any registration or marriage certificate of first marriage. but off course marriage album or photo is a proof which her husband might have. does she required to fila a divorce before we do court marriage or move in together ?? cant she stay with me by her will consent or not ?can anyone force her to go back and live with her husband forcefully?? and what problems i/we will have in that case ? need advise and ways to handle the situation.

yes it's possible but here you have mentioned some story of both side matrimonial life but what's fact and reality is not mentioned and how's long marriage life of you and how many kinds of your first wife it's should be properly not mentioned so kindly mentioned details waise I will give you updates

जी हां आपकी अगर वो पहेले से शादी सुदा है तो आपको उसका पहेले डिवॉर्स करवाना पड़ेगा तभी वो आपसे शादी कर शक्ति ही मैरेज ऐक्ट के मुताबित कोई भी शादी सुदा डिवोर्स लिये बिना दुसिरी शादी नही कर सकता क्यों के ये गेर कानूनी है और ये जुर्म है उसके लिये सजा मिल सकती हैं तो पहेल आपको उसका डिवोर्स करवाना पड़ेगा फिर ही आप मैरेज कर सकते हो और यही सही है
