Married Hindu man discover to Muslim ti marry again

Please I have a question I’m Muslim I’m not Indian I have an Indian Hindu boyfriend his married before 2 years. (We both don’t live in India) his wife live in India I want to know if he change his cast to Muslim to marry me without divorce his first wife because she’s refusing divorce even though she know about our relation . So if she open case against him it will come to the country that we live also or only in India ( our marriage will be legal in the country that we live ) please
