Married a girl who already had child marriage, how to save my marriage

i am working as lecturer. i love a girl and she also love me and i complete register marriage. but she is already married that means child marriage that is not accept in police station in their city and make separate her in college hostel she is also not accept his child marriage. his family is forcing him but i am sure she is my life...same concept is follow by her...so what i am doing...now what is the way to save my life and my wife.... please help me i hope u get the better solution...pls reply me....

Child marriage should be obtained null and void before she obtain the majority otherwise she can divorce her first marriage then you can do your marriage and Dave ur life.

You are need not to worry.Legally you are husband and wife. Nobody can seperate you using the muscle power. If anyone claiming that he is husband of your wife then she can refuse the same that no such marriage has taken place at any point time. It is duty upon the person who claims that that the marriage is a valid one have to approach the court to restitute his conjugal right by filing the petition. But he cannot succeed the case.
