Marriage With My Long Relationship

My mother father has a brother and his brother have a granddaughter and we both are in sincere love since 3 years. As per law can I marry her as per the family tree we are brother and sister from long relationship.is it valid for our marriage.is it legal or no.pls help me with the solution
