Marriage under special marriage Act

Can two same caste Hindu couple marry each other under special marriage act because they are second cousin and cannot marry each other under hindu marriage act.

Yes u can marry under special marriage act. When it comes to Hindu marriage act you can’t marry within cousins but in case of Special marriage act there is no such hard and fast rule.
