Marriage to a French citizen, quick marriage options

Is it possible to get a quick court marriage between an Indian citizen and a French citizen? Or which is the best way to get things done instantly ?
I saw a few online ads in delhi for instant court marriages but I'm a bit hesitant to accept their services because of the fear of getting scammed.
In India you can marriage under special marriage Act. you can married in France, then register under Foreign Marriage Act. Special Marriage Act, there are some proceeding to follow before getting registration. You have to stay in India up to 2 to 4 months. before coming you have to keep all relevant documents in your hands.
