Marriage on false grounds and mental harassment what to do legally

Hello sir, I am from rajasthan I got married last year in march. since the day one my in laws started torturing me for dowry and they started calling names for me n my parents..my husband is completely in their control...I delivered a baby girl in jan n since then they ppl left me. I came to know my husband is suffering from brain cyst since birth.when I raised question for same they ppl blamed me for disease. plz suggest what should I do. they r turturing me in each situation and my husband also supports them. m Hindu.

You should file a complaint with nearby police station stating all your problems and they may file a case under section 498 A Indian penal code , do this as early as possible.
Furthermore if your husband is suffering from brain cyst which is not curable you can file a case for divorce under Hindu marriage act 1955, mental disorder and cruelty both are grounds for divorce.
