I and my 2 brothers own 3 acres of land in my village, which is unpartitioned, and we three have a deed that states each will have 1 acre of land, can we sell 1210 sq yards from that unpartitioned land will the permission of my other 2 brothers?

Well you cannot sell your hindu undivided property....You need to file partition suit then after equal division in property among the members of family u can sell your share... Without distributing shares you cannot sell off the property

Well, If it is contested divorce then she need to sent a legal notice to her husband through an advocate... Then file a divorce petition in family court stating the grounds for the divorce.... The child custody will come to mother becoz child is below five years and he need spl care of mother rest you can meet an advocate and discuss the matter

Hi , my friend is Hindu and her girlfriend as well.they want to live together in a live in relationship because his wife doesn't want a divorce. Can he live in a live in relationship with a unmarried girl as he don't want to divorce her wife because of his 2 daughters.but he want to live with his girlfriend.
