I and my 2 brothers own 3 acres of land in my village, which is unpartitioned, and we three have a deed that states each will have 1 acre of land, can we sell 1210 sq yards from that unpartitioned land will the permission of my other 2 brothers?

Well you cannot sell your hindu undivided property....You need to file partition suit then after equal division in property among the members of family u can sell your share... Without distributing shares you cannot sell off the property



Q: Legal procedure to file for divorce & child's custody

My sister wants to file a divorce. She has a one-year-old son as well and she wants the child custody as well.

Well, If it is contested divorce then she need to sent a legal notice to her husband through an advocate... Then file a divorce petition in family court stating the grounds for the divorce.... The child custody will come to mother becoz child is below five years and he need spl care of mother rest you can meet an advocate and discuss the matter

Alright! If the either of the spouse dont agree for mutual divorce , a contested divorce petition has to be filed giving all the valid reasons for divorce...without legal procedure the divorce can not happen...hence you have to approach court..Regards Adv jasdeep kaur

Sir or mam, Meri delhi me kisi girl se sadi ki bat huyi thi, ladki aur uske family sadi ke liye agree the, is bich mujhse karib 3lak rupye bhi liye jiska mere pas proof bhi hai, fir ladki aur uske family bole ki delhi me jamin le lo to mai jamin bhi le liya ab laldki aur uske family sadi karne se mana kar rahe hai , to mai bola ki thik hai sadi nahi karni to koi bat nahi mere paise lauta do to unlog paise dene se inkar kar rahe hai aur dhamki bhi de rahe hai .sare bat aur dhamki ki regording bhi mere pas hai . Hi , my friend is Hindu and her girlfriend as well.they want to live together in a live in relationship because his wife doesn't want a divorce. Can he live in a live in relationship with a unmarried girl as he don't want to divorce her wife because of his 2 daughters.but he want to live with his girlfriend.
