You have got full rights to live in your matrimonial home and no one can deny you this right. You have many options. If you were subjected to violence then you can always file a DV petition under section 12 in the mahila court or file a petition under section 125 CrPC and claim your monthly maintenance. But if you are willing to stay with him then you should file a petition under section 9 HMA for calling back your partner in your matrimonial life. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

Greetings to you . Yes. You can as it is apparent that your in laws house has been your matrimonial home. You may also get these orders from the court under Domestic Violence Act. But be sure to contact a lawyer before hand. Regards

You can’t enter without the permission of court and if u enter then they have to kick you out with the permission of court. If you have ever stayed with them n they have done such cruelty then u have option to file Domestic Violence, 498a, 125 CrPC etc B in touch

Yes, file a PCR call complaint and police will let you in. Apart from that to secure the order and protection, seek the orders from mahila court under Pwdv act and seek the residential order, protection order from the court. This should suffice the remedy.
