Marriage issue complaint for boy family

My name is Meenakshi. I like a boy and boy likes me too,We are of the same cast. We want to get married too but her family is not ready for our wedding and this is causing my name to be spoiled.May want to complain about the boy's family because of this..I just had to ask how I said their compliant and how can I.
In this regard, i want to understand as to for what you need to complain ??? and if you both a re ready to marry each other then marry and you can certainly get the protection from the police authorities in case of any incident of intimidation and threatening which will followed by respective families.
