Marriage doubt living in Maharashtra

Can I marry my maternal grandmother's brother's daughter's daughter (girl below mentioned) from Maharashtra? As It is not considered that my mom and that girls mom are not sisters in Maharashtra:

Well, if such relationship is not falling within the Sapinda Relationship, then, you can legally marry as per the Hindu Rituals as per the Hindu Marriage act in any temple or before the concerned Registrar of Marriages with her.
