Marriage done under false identity

My husband married me on false identity that he is currently employed in merchant Navy, later on I did not found him working since 6 years.he is blackmailing now me on grounds of old chats and pics to my mother and me. He sold gold which my mother provided , he thief money from my account . He denied for marriage registration.

In this case you can proceed to file petition of nullity of marriage before the family court.
You can also claim your gold and maintenance before the court by way of applications
