I’m living separately from my husband from last 2 years. Now my husband is asking to do private marriage counseling . Can he show this in court? Can he misuse it? What are the consequences?

u an do a pre litigation mediation in high court or u can settle in ur family . there is no harm for mediation and it gives benefits or solutions to both of you. mediation should not be held in ur for more query u can contact me

There is no private marriage councelling but u can go for pre litigation cases where councelling is done to husband office or to reunite or with term and conditions divorce to be taken for further details of this please fee free to call

Don't worry he cannot misuse this private counseling, if you don't find it favourable then you can reject it. This type of settlement negotiations cannot be the part of your case until it is directed by the court or supported by both of the parties.

Marriage counselling can’t be misused or misinterpreted as the entire motive is to settle down the disputes amicably. However be aware of signing any agreement of settlement with future events and consequences as the same might cause issues for you.
