Where should a Christian couple, married 30 years ago in Delhi with a church certificate, register their marriage for visa purposes when their ID proofs are from Noida? And what is the process?

Youu have to get Non objection Certificate Form from passport office then other remaining formalities like Registration address proof photographs of both the parties witnesses marriage photographs and other things will be done at assigned SDM office.

District Magistrate of the area where you live, to be applied for registration under special marriage act. The process is online and will require lots of paperwork and at least 2 visits to the DM or SDM. Alongside the couple 3 witnesses are must.
