Is it legal for a Hindu girl to marry her mother's first cousin brother ? He is 27 and I am 26

Well, if no one is within your family to object, then legally, your way is clear. However, your Relationship should not falling within the Satpindas category. As marrying with the Satpindas lineage is prohibited.
