Marraige Getting Postphoned Due To Dad's Medical Condition

We had a proposal and I been talking to a girl since 3 months now. Since we given our "Yes" to family during our family meetup last month. We been interacting over calls/chat/ in person too. Last week i got intercourse accidently while coming back from hospital. (My Dad was admitted) and we just spend some time at home relaxing and it happened while dropping back her to place. Since Dad is recivering now we have taken some time to get back them over a dates. I been recording some data these days since we had some arguments/conflicts and Looks she is hiding a trap. So I am comforting her these days just getting back on text/calls. I am worrying would any criminal/lagal case happens? I am tensed and seeking medical assistance too
